a. Eligibility for Cancellation

  • Due to the specialized nature of classic and performance vehicles and used tires, cancellations may be subject to specific conditions or restrictions.

b. Non-Refundable Deposits

  • For certain products, such as classic vehicles or custom orders, we may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of purchase. This deposit is non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of purchase.

c. How to Request a Cancellation

  • To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible using the details in Section 5.
  • Provide your order number, contact information, and reason for cancellation to expedite the process.
  • We may require verification of your identity or order details before processing your request.

2. Cancellation Timeframes and Conditions

a. Vehicles (Classic and Performance Cars)

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel an order for a vehicle within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the vehicle has not been prepared for delivery or transferred to you.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits for vehicle purchases are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our inability to fulfill the order (e.g., vehicle unavailability).
  • Custom Orders: Orders for customized or specially sourced vehicles are non-cancellable once the customization or sourcing process has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

b. Tires (New and Used)

  • Cancellation Window: Orders for tires may be cancelled within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the tires have not been shipped or installed.
  • Restocking Fee: If the tires have been processed or prepared for shipping, a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply.
  • Used Tires: Due to their limited availability, used tire orders are non-cancellable once processed, unless the tires are found to be defective or not as described.

c. Other Products

  • For other products (e.g., accessories or parts), cancellations may be requested within 48 hours of placing the order, provided the items have not been shipped or customized.
  • A restocking fee may apply if the items have been processed or prepared for shipping.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Eligibility: If your cancellation request is approved, we will issue a refund for the eligible amount (excluding non-refundable deposits or fees) to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs, restocking fees, or other administrative fees are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to an error or issue on our part (e.g., incorrect product delivered).
