This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return products purchased through our Services, including our website, in-person transactions, or other communication channels. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms of this Return Policy.
1. General Return Terms
a. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged, or not as described, subject to the conditions outlined below.
- Due to the specialized nature of classic and performance vehicles and used tires, returns are limited and subject to specific restrictions.
- All returns must be approved by us in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
b. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or Specially Sourced Products: Vehicles or products customized or sourced specifically for you are non-returnable unless defective or not as described.
- Used Tires: Used tires are non-returnable unless they are defective or not as described.
- Non-Refundable Deposits: Deposits paid for vehicles or other products are non-refundable, except as specified in our Cancellation Policy or if the product is defective.
c. How to Request a Return
- Contact us within the applicable return window (see Section 2) using the details in Section 5.
- Provide your order number, contact information, reason for the return, and any supporting evidence (e.g., photos of damage or defects).
- We may require verification of your identity or inspection of the product before approving the return.
2. Return Timeframes and Conditions
a. Vehicles (Classic and Performance Cars)
- Return Window: Returns for vehicles are accepted within 7 days of delivery, only if the vehicle is defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Condition: The vehicle must be in the same condition as when delivered, with no additional damage, modifications, or significant use (e.g., mileage not exceeding 50 miles since delivery).
- Inspection: All vehicle returns are subject to inspection by our team to verify the issue. We may arrange for the vehicle to be returned to our facility at our expense if the return is approved.
- Exclusions: Vehicles sold “as is” or with disclosed conditions are not eligible for return unless the issue was not disclosed at the time of sale.
b. Tires (New and Used)
- Return Window: Returns for tires are accepted within 14 days of delivery, only if the tires are defective, damaged, or not as described.
- Condition: Tires must be unused, unmounted, and in their original condition. Used tires are only returnable if they are defective or not as described.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price may apply for new tire returns, unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
- Inspection: We may require the tires to be returned to us for inspection before approving the return.
c. Other Products
- Return Window: Returns for other products (e.g., accessories or parts) are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when delivered.
- Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price may apply, unless the return is due to our error or a defect.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refund Eligibility: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund for the eligible amount (excluding non-refundable deposits, shipping costs, or restocking fees) to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and approving the returned product. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may depend on your payment provider.
- Exchanges: At our discretion, we may offer an exchange for a similar product of equal or lesser value instead of a refund, subject to availability.
- Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Exceptions
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, we will cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or exchange, subject to inspection and approval.
- Our Error: If we deliver the wrong product or an incorrect order, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for issues arising from events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions). In such cases, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
